🎉 NEW PRE-SEED INVESTMENT 🎉
We are thrilled to announce our latest investment in Constellate Proteomics, a Delft-based DeepTech company building next-generation protein analysis tools for biopharma. Graduate is joining the round alongside Tech Scout Venture Fund and Imec.istart.
❓ Why we invested: Biopharma developers need granular insight into their proteins, yet current analysis methods remain slow, expensive, and reliant on specialist expertise. Constellate makes high-resolution protein analysis fast, high-throughput, and accessible. With early pilot customers already relying on Constellate’s readouts, the company pairs a critical drug-development bottleneck with deep scientific execution.
đź’ˇ Market: Constellate currently deploys its technology as a service through pilot projects with biopharma CDMOs developing stable cell lines for antibody production. In parallel, they are building a standalone analytical instrument to put the platform's capabilities directly into customers' hands.
âť• Technology: Constellate reveals protein properties including glycosylation at single-molecule resolution, dramatically accelerating quality control. Their platform runs four distinct quality analyses on a single sample, eliminating the need for specialized technical know-how.
👥 Team: Constellate is led by founder Carlos de Lannoy, PhD (single-molecule biophysics and bioinformatics), alongside co-founders Arian Khoshchin, MSc, and Dennis de Beeld, MSc, who shaped the platform’s core capabilities and commercial focus. Together, they bridge analytical method development, antibody characterization, and biopharmaceutical R&D experience to the team.
