Have you been walking around with an idea that you want to develop into a business, but you have no idea where to start? Or have you just started your own business, but you can still use some help? Then take a look at IdeaBoosterLab NL! The vision of Ideaboosterlab NL is to make entrepreneurship accessible and help entrepreneurs improve their businesses.
IdeaBoosterLab NL is a free training program aimed at starting and future entrepreneurs. In three months you will be taken through six different modules aimed at improving your entrepreneurial skills. The trainings are given by experienced instructors from the entrepreneurial world. In addition to these trainings, you will be mentored by coaches and you can participate in monthly events where you can meet other entrepreneurs and improve your social entrepreneurship skills!
The entire training program is created by Erasmus University Rotterdam and Bocconi University in Milan. They have joined forces with several entrepreneurial networks in Rotterdam to create a good on-the-job training. The training is intended for the widest possible audience and therefore accessible to everyone.The only condition for participating in the program is that you have an idea that you want to turn into a business or that you have just started a business. Furthermore, no prior knowledge is required!
Some of the topics that will be covered during the training are:
· Developing a business model
· Understanding and identifying customer needs
· Validating solutions by performing A/B testing
· Defining pricing strategies
· Pitching a business idea
The program starts on Friday, January 28, 2022. The trainings will take place every other week on Fridays at the Erasmus University Campus Woudestein in Rotterdam.
The trainings will take 3-4 hours each time. In addition, you will need to prepare in between, which is approximately 2 hours.
